Replant Day: Saturday, November 9th, 2024
Overview
Based at Texas A&M University, Aggie Replant is dedicated to organizing and hosting Replant Day. This annual tree planting event is deeply rooted in tradition, beginning in 1991 with 40 volunteers led by former EIC (Environmental Issues Committee) officer Scott Hantman. Since then, Replant Day has expanded to include hundreds of TAMU student volunteers who plant hundreds of trees around the Bryan/College Station community. This year, we are celebrating our 32nd anniversary– whoop!
Logistics
Volunteers will plant trees at public, residential, and commercial properties in the Bryan/College Station community. We’ll bring the shovels – you bring lots of energy! You can sign up as an individual or in a group! Registration will open in late September. We will keep the registration page updated as more information is available. We thank you for your patience.
