  • Howdy Replanters! The following information is important for Aggie Replant potential members!

    General Meetings:

    In the fall we have weekly committee meetings leading up to Replant Day, in the spring we will have bi-weekly meetings.

    This application is currently open and will close on January 24th, 2025 at 11:59PM. After applications close, an email will be sent out for interview signups. Interviews will occur January 27-30th and decisions will be announced on January 31st.

  • Aggie Replant Committee Application

    SGA Grade Policy: All members of the Student Government Association shall: (a) Have at least a 2.00 overall grade point ratio for undergraduate students and at least a 3.00 grade point ratio for graduate students at the time of election, selection, or appointment. Post at least a 2.00 grade point ratio for undergraduate students and at least a 3.00 grade point ratio for graduate students for the semester prior to election, selection, or appointment. Post at least a 2.00 grade point ratio for undergraduate students and at least a 3.00 grade point ratio for graduate students for the regular semester during the term of office. (b) Be in good standing with the University and enrolled in at least six credit hours in a regular semester during the term of office. (c) Be removed from office should the student fail to maintain the above requirements.

  • Aggie Replant Sub-Committees

  • Development

    This sub-committee consists of those members who strive to develop and strengthen the Aggie Replant Committee Members. Our committee developers endeavor to maintain positivity and enthusiasm within the Aggie Replant Committee and grow the bonds of friendship and camaraderie between all Aggie Replanters and Aggie Replant Sub-Committees! They are responsible for planning team-building exercises, synthesizing inspirational programs and organizing socials for Aggie Replanters throughout the semester.

    Sponsorship

    This sub-committee is responsible for securing funds for Aggie Replant's annual Replant Day in the fall and various planting events in the spring! The sponsorship sub-committee solicits donations and sponsors, and these members research grant opportunities. Most importantly, this sub-committee creates and plans fundraisers for the entire committee's participation, such as our annual Succulent Sale!

    Tree Team

    Tree Team is responsible for securing and inspecting potential planting sites for Replant Day! Members of this sub-committee learn about various tree species and how to properly plant them, as well as educating fellow Replant members about different trees. No previous knowledge of trees is neccessary, but a desire to learn and willingness to get dirty and commit to hard work and long hours is essential!

  • Membership Requirements:

    Attend committee meetings held bi-weekly on Tuesdays at 7 pm, as well as provide support to your assigned subcommittee as needed.

    Pay dues yearly ($55 for year, $30 for semester).

    Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPR, in accordance with SGA policies.
